Rolling machines work with moving parts, so the filling shaft, springs, belts and sensors wear over time. Because we manufacture our own machines, we produce cigarette rolling machine spare parts in our own machine shop and keep them in stock.
When is a part replacement needed?
- Cigarettes are not filling as firmly – check the compression spring or filling shaft.
- Tubes jam or slip – check the tube slide and sensor adjustment.
- The machine gets louder or slows down – check the belt, bearing and motor.
- The panel does not respond – test the speed control board.

Technical service and overhaul
Bring your machine to our workshop or show the fault in a WhatsApp video. Simple adjustments can often be solved remotely. Where needed, we replace parts or carry out a full overhaul.
