How It Works

From tobacco to pack in 4 steps.

  1. Fill the hopper: Add shredded tobacco; the feed unit passes it evenly to the filling tower.
  2. Load the tubes: Place empty tubes in the hopper and the machine takes them one at a time.
  3. Set the speed and start: Select the speed on the digital panel and press start.
  4. Collect the cigarettes: Finished cigarettes gather on the output tray, ready for packing.

Frequently asked questions

How does a cigarette rolling machine work?

Tobacco goes into the hopper, the feed unit doses it into the filling tower, empty tubes are filled automatically and finished cigarettes collect on the output tray.

How much can it produce per hour?

The standard electric model fills up to 8,000 cigarettes per hour (30–40 cartons). The pneumatic model produces 18–23 cartons, and rotary and slide models 10–16 cartons.

Does it use a lot of electricity?

No. It plugs into a 220V outlet, uses a 24V low-voltage system and consumes about as much as a 100 W bulb.

Can I test a machine before buying?

Yes. Bring your own tubes and tobacco to our Bahçelievler workshop in Istanbul.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes. We sell machines abroad and discuss orders on WhatsApp in English and other languages. Shipping and customs details are confirmed for your country before you order.

Is there a warranty?

Our machines are sold with an invoice and a 1-year warranty, and spare parts are made in our own machine shop.

Do I need a licence?

Rules differ by country. The production and sale of tobacco products are regulated, and obtaining the required permissions is the buyer's responsibility.
