How does it work?
- Shredded tobacco goes into the top hopper.
- The feed unit opens the tobacco and passes it evenly to the filling tower.
- Empty tubes move one at a time to the filling point.
- The motor and pusher unit fill each tube.
- Finished cigarettes collect on the output tray.

- Tube type: Slim and king-size use separate machines. Our machines accept 6.5, 6.7, 6.9, 7.5 and 8.1 mm filters.
- Working space: Noise and air supply matter. The electric model runs at 50 dB without a compressor.
- Warranty and invoice: Keep your invoice; our machines come with a 1-year warranty.
- Spare parts: Check that parts and service are available.
- Power supply: The electric model runs on 220V AC. Tell us your country's mains voltage before ordering.

Tobacco and tube preparation
Tobacco that is too dry crumbles and fills loosely, while tobacco that is too moist clumps and disrupts the feed. Open any clumps, remove foreign matter and test a small batch at low speed. Store tubes dry and uncrushed.
Basic care
Switch off and unplug the machine before cleaning. Brush away tobacco dust after use, keep liquids away from the electronics, and check belts, springs and sensors regularly.
Legal considerations
Laws on tobacco production, sale and machinery differ by country, and penalties can be severe. In Türkiye, commercially selling, offering, holding or transporting tobacco-filled tubes carries a prison sentence of three to six years under Law No. 5607. Machines may also be examined or seized in some cases. Get local legal advice before buying or importing a machine.
